Thinkie Inc begins test pilot program with senior living providers.
Leisure Care is Seattle-based, hospitality-driven senior housing operator, leading innovation in the industry for nearly 50 years. The pilot program was launched to allow older adults within a senior living community environment to test the Thinkie system first-hand and provide direct feedback to Thinkie Inc developers and executives. This feedback will inform the company about the product’s usability for older individuals, and within group settings at senior living communities.
Thinkie Inc believes strongly that this type of direct feedback is valuable in terms of continuing to build out a world-class product.

The Thinkie system was developed with older adults in mind. The Thinkie app takes into account details such as font size, ease of usability, and the rewards systems. These were specifically designed to appeal to and be usable to seniors. The Thinkie brain games within the app were developed by Dr. Kawashima, the renowned brain scientist who worked on the brain age puzzle games on the Nintendo gaming system. The games allow any individual, but especially older adults, to improve and maintain their cognitive health as they age.
